The Dreaming Mind

I invite you to enter the sacred realm of your dreaming mind. Here in
your body/soul lives the full field of possibility of this unique embodied
being that is YOU.
You can enter this field through the inner world of your nightly dreams,
daydreams, intuition and creative imagination through different kinds
of meditation and the process of contemplation. On the other hand, if
your inclination is to focus on the outer reality of your life, you can
enter this field in the here and now of the living, waking dream of your
unique existence as it is at the moment with all its characters and
landscapes that belong to you.
Both of these inner and outer realities are intrinsically woven together
and reflect back to you what is flowing and consistent with your
essential self/Self (personality and soul connection) and what is not.
At every moment YOU are co-creating the life that is yours with your
own soul, the soul of Mother Earth and the people and animals who
travel this journey with you, the communities you belong to, the state
and country you live in and the soul of the World at large.
I offer you reflection, guidance and support in the process of
awareness and awakening with your full commitment to your inner and
outer unfolding.

About Rita

I am an Elder who has been spiritually guided since childhood and
bring to you the gift of a deep spiritual essence that has been tested
and grounded in my waking life.
From 1991 until 2020 I facilitated groups in the Expressive Arts,
Dreams and Soul Work in Los Angeles and Orange County and gave
readings and consultations in the US and internationally. From 1990
until 2000 I exhibited and sold my art at different venues.
I have a German/Spanish language translation degree from the
University of Buenos Aires and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I
have trained in the Expressive Arts with Natalie Rogers, PhD, at the
Person- Centered Expressive Arts Institute and with Jane Goldberg,
PhD, at her Institute in Southern California. The foundation of my craft
was established during the many years I worked with Drs. Sidra and
Hal Stone. I am a member of the International Association for the
Study of Dreams.
